Okay, MissSheila, here's what we're going to do. As you can receive PMs, even though you can't answer them, I am going to send you some instructions via PM.

Once you have followed my instructions, just post back here in this topic to let me know that has been done. I will then deactivate your account and post back here to let you know that's been completed. Then, you should be able to register a new account.
Ok I have followed your instructions.
OK, Sheila, the old account has been renamed and deactivated. You should be able to create a new account, and hopefully the PM system will work for you now.

Post back here and let us know how it goes. ;)
ok, this is now getting very frustrating, I am getting the same message. did you need to see a print screen of what I see ?
We're going to try something different. I'm sending you a PM with instructions.

I have finished testing. I will be sending you a PM shortly.

Also, we need to know which browser you use to access this site.
Hello nonsuch. I had to create yet another account as I couldnt remember the p/w you gave me, so I couldnt login to find the message. I use internet explorer 8.
I am using Mozilla Firefox right now and I tried again to PM you and get the same message. I want to thank you for all this work you are doing to try help me. This is sooooooooo wierd. I am using a new name and email now.
Do not create further accounts unless specifically directed to do so.

I have sent you a PM. Follow the instructions in that PM and post back here to let me know you have done so.
Well, as you've been able to send me a PM, I would say that we now have success. :D

Just a tip for the future... never, never, never use your email address as your username and/or post it in public. Spambots are trolling for that sort of stuff, and will happily harvest your email address and start sending you buckets of spam.
