please help or advice

hi,

just wondering if anybody can help me. Everytime i go on the internet, it constantly throws me out and says 'internet explorer stopped working please restart'. i had trojans and viruses about 6wks ago which i got help to remove them but i didnt get the all clear but since then i've been having this trouble.
