You didn't post any logs in your original topic, and so the topic was closed, and you were asked to start a new topic. You do not appear to have done this, so naturally we assumed you no longer needed help.

If you do still need help, please read the following article ... https://www.malwareremoval.com/forum/vi ... 81#p491381 ... which tells you how to make a scan with FRST, how to open a topic, and how to post (or if they are too long to post, how to attach) the logs that FRST creates in that topic.

So ..... please start a new topic in the "Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my!" forum, post (or attach) a set of FRST logs, and wait for a helper to help you.
