Ive just done a scan with kaspersky online scanner and it found 7 infected objects here the report.KASPERSKY ON-LINE SCANNER REPORT

Ive just turned off system restore,and then turned it back on.Should this get rid of them?

Yes... that should remove anything bad in your System Restore points. As Rogue is helping you in another thread... I am going to archive this.
