Hello Susan,

You posted your HijackThis log file earlier today. A couple of things to take note of. First, don't apologize for being a newbie because we were all in the same boat at one point in time. Also, please be patient. Everyone who helps around here is a volunteer so it usually takes a little while for someone to respond with recommendations for you.

agrarianmonk, is currently working on a reply for you. To avoid confusion, please always click the "Add Reply" button (located towards the bottom of the page, just above where it says Page x of x) when responding. This will keep everything in the same thread as well as keep you working with the same helper all through the process.

Please click here to return to your original thread. Once there, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the link that says "Watch this topic for replies". This will give you an e-mail notification any time a reply is added to your thread, so that you will know when agrarianmonk has posted a new response.

Good luck, and welcome to the MWR forums.
