Something piggybacked onto my userinit and explorer.exe ?

Ok here is the hijack this log. I have googled these exes and found nothing. Also I can't seem to get rid of them no matter what I do. I have tried going into safe mode and manually editing the registry but it does no good. I am close to loading from MiniPE and doing that way. Trying to get another idea first.
The F2 registries are the ones I'm most concerned with.

It looks as if you have some viruses in that log. Please run the following Virus scans:

Go to http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/a ... ncipal.htm

- Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
- A new window will open...click the Check Now button
- Enter your Country
- Enter your State/Province
- Enter your e-mail address and click send
- Select either Home User or Company
- Click the big Scan Now button
- If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
- It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
- When download is complete, click on Local Disks to start the scan
- When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location where you will find it.


Now I would like you to do an online scan with Kaspersky Online Scanner

Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.

• The program will launch and then start to download the latest definition files.
• Once the scanner is installed and the definitions downloaded, click Next.
• Now click on Scan Settings
• In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
  
  • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
    
    • Extended (If available otherwise Standard)
  • Scan Options:
    
    • Scan Archives
    • Scan Mail Bases
• Click OK
• Now under select a target to scan select My Computer
• The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run. Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
• Now click on the Save as Text button:
• Save the file to your desktop.
• Copy and paste that information in your next post.

Run a new HijackThis "Do a system scan and save a logfile".

Post the log together with the logs from Panda and Kaspersky. Please mark them so that it is easy to identify them.
