Hi lizee! Welcome to Malware Removal!

Please download HijackThis. Extract(unzip) the program to its own folder. Run the program, press the Do a System Scan and save a Lgofile button.

Post the log as a reply to this thread and we'll see if we can figure out what is causing the popups.

Thanks!

Theres a problem with doing that, everytime I try to open it, it closes itself, so I can't do anything with it.

OK... try this one. Its an older version of the program but may work as some Malware messes with the new version of HJT.

It still won't work, it just automatically closes itself.

Hmmmm.... ok... lets try this...

Download Ewido Anti-Malware. Install and update the program.

Boot into Safe Mode... to do this:

1. Reboot your computer.
2. Tap the F8 button as your computer is booting to bring you to the Advanced Options Menu.
3. Select Safe Mode and press Enter.

Scan with Ewido, let it fix what it finds and save the logfile.

Reboot Windows normally. Try to scan with HJT(new version preferrably). If it works post the HJT log along with the Ewido log. If not... post the Ewido log and we'll try something else.
