Nellie2 - thanks for the help so far. I have not been able to uninstall Norton Internet Securtity yet: Add/Remove Programs doesn't work, and going through the steps at the Symantec website I get to the point where I am supposed to hit a link to download SymNRT.exe, http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ts ... =&osv_lvl=

but (for me, anyway) it is a dead link. Reported it via email to Symantec a couple of days ago, but no change, no reply. What up? Any further help would be much appreciated - Wally
