Your log is clean.
I would check this O4 line in HiJackThis, and hit Fix Checked
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE
This will remove it from startup.
It phones home with info about you. It's from Realtek audio.
I would not delete the file though, it in case you need it later for any audio problems.
