Infected laptop

Unread postby Vinny100 » April 12th, 2023, 6:19 pm

Hi
I think my laptop got a virus and now i can't get into it.
I was using it and the screen suddenly turned to a load of black and white lines which just sort of fade and darken and go purple and blue. (see attached pic).
I've tried turning it on and off and holding alt/ctrl/delete but nothing changes.
Thanks for any advice.

The symptoms you're describing are not ones commonly caused by Malware. It is much more likely that you have a hardware problem.
