Hello all experts,

Recently all of my dropbox file are being converted to .ygkz file type, thus cannot be open. I am just a ordinary laptop user that does not have much knowledge on computer and malware.

I have to rescue on of the file which is very very important to me. anybody can help me? I have do some reading and try to do steps base on some guideline given from certain website. Due to my limited knowledge, end up with frustration and helpless.

Try to upload the file here, but the extension ygkz is not allowed.
