I have a virus on my PC which deletes folders and files and i am keep loosing data for three years now i tried multiple Antiviruses (kaspersky - bitdefender - norton) but no one of them resolve it and when i contact the customer support of each one of them they tell me there is no viruses on my PC after running many remote sessions and diagnostics tools !!!
i bought a brand new PC copied my old data from it and the same issue exist my windows is original

(valid) and i am really tired and exhausted and i dont know what to do??

PS:the user profile isnt corrupted because i have another PC (my original one running windows 8)which i got the virus on it in the first place & when i transferred some data from here to there(I had to do so) my newer PC(Windows 10) got infected both using a legit windows versions both have have antivirsus installed on it (the latest versions) sometimes i see the folder dispear in front of my eyes ..the only way to get some data back if i noticed it right away by using Data recovery program which cost alot & i only tried the trial version of all kind of these programs sometimes it work sometimes its not..
