Europol have a website "No More Ransom" where you can check to see whether there is a decryptor available for your infection .... https://www.nomoreransom.org/crypto-sheriff.php?lang=en .... you'll need to upload one or more of your infected files to them, and if a decryptor is available they'll link you to it.

If no solution there, then post at Bleeping Computer who have a number of Ransomware experts.

The following post there .... https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums ... try4840096 .... gives details for Stop (DJVU), any possible decryption options, and how to post for help.

Due to a lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
