Hello. My File Explorer closes by itself when I open it. It works if I right click it and choose a folder to go into. When I just click the File Explorer as it closes the screen flashes blue and after the screen restores to normal in the top left quarter of the screen a bit of the Steam app is showing just the top left corner of it with the words STEAM VIEW FRIENDS. If I maximize the Steam app the corner of the app that appears after the blue screen disappears. Also the favourites in the Microsoft Edge flash every minute and a half.
