Believe my computer and/or phone has been compromised

Hi. First of all thank you for any help you can provide. I have been noticing unusual behavior on my computer, laptop and phone. First I will address my main pc. It won't update windows properly, and refuses to let me download the microsoft malware tool that the microsoft forums recommend to repair this. Also, in permissions I have noticed some unknown remote accounts that I am unsure about. Lastly, I might be paranoid, but I suspect an ex-girlfriend of procuring and infecting me with a spy program based on comments she has made indicating some type of knowledge of my emails and messaging. Any thoughts or knowledge would be much appreciated. FRST logs are attached as there was not enough space to copy and paste to this post.

There are 2 accounts on your machine ... Marc & mdm ... the logs you have attached have been run from the mdm account, which does not appear to have admin privileges.

I need you to run a new scan with FRST, this time when you are logged into the Marc account (which will hopefully have admin privileges) and post me the new FRST.txt and Addition.txt

You also have a number of anti-virus/anti-spyware programs installed ....

AV: Malwarebytes (Enabled - Up to date) {23007AD3-69FE-687C-2629-D584AFFAF72B}
AV: Bitdefender Antivirus (Enabled - Up to date) {0E17DB7D-A20F-62CE-B95B-17DB0CDFE318}
AS: IObit Malware Fighter (Enabled - Up to date) {0B81F5C2-9C9F-1DB6-0BF9-02BFE6D63BAF}

... this is a recipe for disaster, as they will conflict with each other.

Uninstall all but one (of the 3 I would personally keep Malwarebytes).

I also recommend you uninstall ... Advanced SystemCare 12 ... IOBit have a less than reputable reputation, and in any case all "system optimisation" programs are a waste of time, and usually cause more problems than they ever resolve.

Due to a lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
