Task Manager/MSconfig will not stay open(opens in safe mode)

I have tried all I can try for the last two days.
Problem: Task Manager / Msconfig will not stay open
Possible symptom: MalwareBytes reports Riskware.Bitcoinminer shortly after getting to desktop

I can open Task manager in Safe mode and run it normally as well as msconfig.
Task Manager will open on main user account if renamed to something other than Task Manager (I moved a copy to my documents renamed it - works from there )
I've run other scans but will only provide what is asked and provide the FRST logs

Problem was quite erratic sometimes occurring sometimes not. I ran a few more tools, and the problem seems to have gone away, I am able to access the task manager and msconfig inside of normal windows, not sure what the deal was, but everything appears to be functioning as intended.
