By posting just a description of your problems it is likely that your topic will be passed by and you will not receive the help you're looking for.

We need to know what's running on your computer so we can give you appropriate instructions.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read, and which tells you what we need you to post so that we can help you.

This topic will now be closed.

If you still need help, please start a new thread with:

  • FRST.txt
  • Addition.txt
  • Details of your problems.

If for any reason you can't run FRST, please let us know in your post.

The best place to go if you have problems with Ransomware is .... https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums ... h-support/

and the first thing you need to do when you get there is to identify the type of Ransomware you've got .... https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums ... our-files/

After that, follow the instructions for how to open a Ransomware help topic ... https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums ... ansomware/ ... and wait for help.

Decrypting files that have been encrypted by ransomware is a highly specialised subject, so it's best to leave it in the hands of specialists, and the ones at Bleeping Computer are the best I know. Please be aware though that not all files encrypted by ransomware can be decrypted, so whether yours can or not is highly dependant on which ramsomware variant is responsible for encrypting your files.
