site:welshphysicaltherapy.com

Google has identified this site as containing malware.
An online scan indicates it is: TrojWare.JS.FakejQuery.A .
I can FTP into the site and download all files... except one.... "header.php"
My Norton Anitivirus rejects this one as:
Web Attack: Malicious Javascript Website 16
Web Attack: Mass Iframe Injection Website 24
Web Attack: Malicious JavaScript Redirection 6

My question(s),
can I safely turn off Norton then download the file..???
if YES... then what do I look for in the header.php... in order to delete it, and clean up the file..???

I realize that this post might be considered inappropriate ( "infected wed-site"), but
it really has to do with my home personal computer.

If I download and infected PHP file -- will it harm my computer ( as long as I do not execute it)..???
TWO--- what would I look for inside this php file... so that I can deleted it and remove the malware)..???
