Virus

Windows 10.
File likely came from a torrent download of QuickBooks.
Constant pop ups on both Chrome and Explorer.
Programs show some ballgame.exe and an AIX. Some screen recorder, and about 4 or 5 other programs.
I can't instal malwarebytes or AVG. I had AVG help for a few hours with no luck, but I can tell I know more than they seem to having done this once before. I thought paying for their support would be better. Guess not.
They tried rebooting to safe mode. It did for me but their remote help ended up locking the laptop in a cycle that ended up saying "No bootable drive detected". I got that to go away somehow and its back up. I backed up all files I can think of.
It also restarts if I try and download any torrents now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
PS When you forget to attach a file and post the file that is required per the rules.....don't close the post calling it a "bump".

CKScanner

• Please download CKScanner from Here
• Save it to your Desktop.
• Right-Click on CKScanner.exe and select Run as Administrator.
• Select Search For Files
• When the scan in finished, click on Save List To File.
• Open CKFiles.txt on your desktop and post the contents in your next reply.
  Only run CKScanner.exe once.

I can delete whatever, but I will wait to do anything until instructed. This is a personal laptop. I worked for my brother a few months last year and his work computer was terrible so I used this. But the company moved to California in August and I'm unemployed now.
