Malware on YouTube and Chrome

Hi all, I'm asking for help because I don't have any idea on what is going on my computer. At first sight the problem came from YouTube where I began to find on my showcase some sort of arabic videos of everykind. Then I tried to eliminate them on the chronology but invane. Then I spotted some arabic serach even in facebook but only on my searching bar ( when I write "facebook" I see a suggest page that is some sort of arabic account).
last of all I found photos of people I don't know on my phones (they are not correlated to whatssp or programs like that.
I really need help and I thanks you for everything you could do.

Please note that all instructions given are customised for this computer only, the tools used may cause damage if used on a computer with different infections.

Please answer the following questions..

• Is this computer used for any type of business purposes?
• How did you obtain your license for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013?

Backup your registry using TCRB

• Please download TCRB to your Desktop.
• Open Tweaking.com Registry Backup.
• Click on the Backup Registry tab and ensure that all options are checked.
• Press on Backup Now.
• Wait until the backup is complete and exit the program.

Next..

I need to see a fresh FRST log..

• Right-click on FRST64.exe and select Run as administrator.
• The tool might update. Please allow it to do so.
• Select Scan.
• When the scan is over two windows will open, FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
• Please post the contents of both logs in your next reply.
