firstly, I'd like to express my sympathies for such a noble act to run a web like this.
Now to my issue,
three weeks ago, my device (Notebook - Lenovo Y50-70) has been infected with a virus. Im not sure how exactly I am supposed to call it, malware, spyware or whatever, but at least I can provide detailed description of it's features. Once, twice, three times a day, a program I currently run (word, excel, or web browser, even freaking antivirus) starts to pop out its own support section. For example - I start chrome and a page with google chrome support appears, in about one or three new sheets. Or, otherwise not used at all, Explorer browser opens him self and starts to adding new and new sheets with another windows help centers. About 10/sec. That means, I go to the fridge, and when I get back, there are 450 new sheets. Funny. I tryed Clam Free Antivirus, Malwarebytes free Antivirus, Panda free antivirus and trial version of Norton Antivirus, using both Norton Power Eraser and the classic antivirus proces it provides. First was Clam antivirus, it found trojan virus in several files and removed them. Problems didnt stop at all. Then Malwarebytes along with Panda Antivirus, both useless, they didnt even find any dangerous file. Lastly, Norton did find two new trojans and removed them. I was full of high expectations for my troubles to end, but, as you now probably deduced, they didnt stop, therefore I am to ask you desperately to try to help me. I did not handle this on my own. I'm working on my Bachalor Thesis and this does really not make it any better.
I'm 90% sure I didnt provide all information an interested guy would need. I'm more than willing to provide any additional information, feel free to ask.

Thank you honestly.
Ian
