I don't see anything in your latest logs that suggests your problems are related to malware in any way, from what I can see your machine is clear of any signs of infection.

There are however a number of indications in your Event logs, that indicate that your e-set installation may be having problems.

If you have recently installed e-set, this could be the cause of some of your problems, and it may be advisable for you to uninstall e-set, reboot your computer, and then install it again, and see if that resolves issues.

If not, I can refer you to some good "general help" forums, who are much more able to help you in dealing with faulting programs than I can.

My speciality, and the speciality of this forum, is Malware removal, and as I said, I don't see any signs of malware on your computer.

One last question- do you know why when I bring up my msconfig the only operating system it lists is windows 8.1 but my system says I am running windows 10?

I presume that your "original" OS was W8.1 before you upgraded to W10. I also believe that your upgrade may not have been 100% successful. Apart from the items suggesting problems with e-set, there are also a number of items in your Event Logs that suggest their may be problems with W10 denying some processes "permission" to load.

As far as reliable "general help" forums go, the following ones usually supply a good standard of help (they're not in any order of preference) ....

http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/forum/199-windows-10/
https://forums.whatthetech.com/index.ph ... wforum=119

If anyone asks if you've been checked for malware, please feel free to refer them to this topic.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck with getting your problems resolved.
