Hi, for some reason I think I have a virus when I open certain software that I usually use every week it gives me a run-time error and when I try installing programs same thing. Not sure what's going on could someone help me please!!! See screen shot

I can't find the additional txt file . When I try to open programs I am getting runtime error I'm not sure of what other info is needed to help .

You should not open a topic using multiple posts as it causes your topic to be overlooked by those helpers who are looking for topics that have received no response. In addition, you have not provided the necessary logs that are needed in order to assist you. If you are having issues with file associations, and cannot post a FRST log, please start a new topic explaining the malware problem, and also state that you are unable to create a log, then wait for a response. Do not post another response to that topic until you have received a response from a helper.
