hello,

I have the "?trackid=sp-006" problem plus, all sites are in german.
google chrome cannot be accessed,IE turns itself on/off - can't do downloading.

help, please ?

What Operating System are you using ?

Do you have access to another computer, so that you can download tools and transfer them to the infected machine ?
