Very low danger:typical spybot?

i did a scan with spybot search & distroy.it found several (i believemore hen 50) files and registery keys with the indication :very low.it found also two files with the indication:marginal.
Malwarebyts foung no malware only 10 Pups.
is it typical for spybot to find very low danger items?
