The dormitory I am living in requires that I use their specified proxy server to access the internet, which is fine. The problem is that every time I try to adjust the proxy settings, it will only work for a few seconds before it reverts back to "http=127.0.0.1:9880;https=127.0.0.1:9880" I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of the malware, but nothing has worked.
