Goodday, I need help with malware that creates shortcut icon

My windows 7 pc has been infected by malware that runs a vbscript from the : C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe
This malware then adds a string of: /c start mazqnjrurg .. vbs&start explorer [FOLDER or FILENAME] &exit

This is making my computing life miserable and would appreciate help on fixing this. Thanx
