Getting some weird popup confirmations

Lately I've been getting these strange sort of popups here. Have a look.

Of course, I click "cancel" every time one appears to prevent it from infecting my poor computer. I did a google search of "i.simpli.fi" and it turns out it's some type of adware, so I took the steps it told me to get rid of it. I ran AdwCleaner, Junkware Removal Tool, Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro, checked for suspicious Chrome extensions, everything. Yet still these notifications keep popping up every half hour or so. It's infuriating! Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
