hello can anyone help me remove this zen search from my computer I seen someone's post saying it comes in file viewer I downloaded that so I guess that's where it came from im not very clued up on computers thanks Donny I already asked for help but I must have done something wrong by adding dds.txt and attach.txt logs

You were told exactly what your problem was .... you attached your logs, instead of copy/pasting them.

Why you're having such a difficulty understanding this, is somewhat of a surprise, since I would have thought that the instructions posted by NonSuch in your last topic were crystal clear ... viewtopic.php?p=635013#p635013

If you need help, then start a new topic, explaining what your problems are, and this time copy/pasting your dds.txt and attach.txt logs.
