I ATTEMPTED TO SEND BOTH LOGS REQUESTED. IT IS TELLING ME THAT I CAN ONLY SENT 100000 CHARACTERS AND THE TWO LOGS PUTS THE CHARACTER COUTNT AROUND 158000. WHAT SHALL I DO? THEN ATTEMPTED TO SEND ONE AT A TIME, THE FIRST LOG IS OVER THE 100000 LIMIT

I opened up an email on my phone, i did not click on the link BUT it attached to all my contacts in my aol account and sent out emails. I have not opened my AOL account infected on this laptop yet. fearful it might infect other areas. Will you help??

Your message contains 158046 characters. The maximum number of allowed characters is 100000.

SO HOW DO I POST MY LOGS FOR YOUR REVIEW, WHEN I RECEIVE THIS MESSAGE?? HELP!

As you have replied to your own post, helpers will think you're being helped and will not pick up your help topic.

I've sent you a PM with details of how to attach your logs, and that should get round the problems with their length.

So, open a new topic, give details of your problems, and explain why you've had to attach your logs, then wait for help.

Do not reply to your new topic until you've got a reply from a helper.
