For the last couple of days I've been having some problems with my laptop, the main symptoms being the about:blank homepage (blank white page, about:blank in the address bar - if I change the homepage it still reverts within a minute) and an inability to load videos, audio, games, Facebook etc. After trying some other scans (Malwarebytes, Ad Aware, Anvi Smart, Kaspersky), none of which could find any problems, I scanned using Adware Away Anti-Malware and got the following diagnostic:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows:AppInit_Dlls=C:\Windows\SysWOW64\nvinit.dll : Registry Value : Trojan.Injector : No Action Taken
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\nvinit.dll : File : Trojan.Injector : No Action Taken

Unfortunately, Adware Away doesn't provide any free means to remove these problems (and it's not a good enough scanner for me to consider paying for it unless I have no other options). I can't find a way to highlight these files for a different scanner to remove, and I've been unable to find and delete them manually (and from what I've heard, this often doesn't work on about:blank). Could anyone suggest how I might be able to remove them?
