Trouble removing Tube Dimmer after Googling solutions

I'm running a 32-bit Windows XP media center edition.

I accidentally installed a malware called "Tube Dimmer". I googled for some solutions and I was able to delete some files from registry editor that needed to be deleted. But the Tube Dimmer icon is still in the toolbar. Please help
