"a friends laptop is not able to get to the web". Hotmail email works, and gmail and facebook?. but comes back proxy server issue to any web pages. tried to remove check from LAN in internet options but it is dark and can't be changed. I did remove Conduit and all associated, but still no go.
We can't get to the web to download dds?.

There are requirements for receiving help in this forum. We need to know what's running on your computer (not just the OS) so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

The logs requested show us much more information about what is on the computer, without them, we can offer no assistance..

If you still need help, please start a new thread an include your DDS logs:
  • DDS.txt.
  • Attach.txt.
  • Details of the problems you're experiencing.


If for any reason you can't run DDS, please let us know in your post.
