Slow browser and now unresponsive mouse, other programmes sl

Initially my chrome slowed down and the mouse became less responsive taking 3-10 clicks to complete an action. Now all programmes have slowed right down and the mouse left click is rendered useless.

Please close this topic. The issue has now been solved it was an incompatibility issue with a custom software we were running but weirdly only on this PC.
