ClamWin Antivirus found following infected files:

C\win\installer\ce260msi : Win.Trojan.Genome-1288
C\Program Files\Ashampoo\Ashampoo Magic Security
2\SelfDecryptExtract.exe : Worm.Autorun-6418
C\Program Files\64Uninstall TelevisionFanatic.dll :
Adware.MyWebSearch-18

Please direct me how to disinfect these files without making any harm to my system.
