Hi there,

I posted my malware problem a week ago. I bumped it to this forum having not had a response for 72 hours. I had a reply on Wednesday or Thursday and followed all instructions (including removing P2P), posted the new logs etc. I have been checking regularly for updates and now notice that my thread has disappeared. My malware problem persists. Can you let me know what happened to my query?

Thanks

I have just seen you note saying that this thread is closed because my computer is part of an educational network. I work for a university, and have some software installed to allow me to remotely connect to work at home, however this is my personal computer. This computer is not part of the university network and is primarily used for personal use a home. This computer is not supported by the university network services. Is it possible to resume the thread?

I see you are posting for help for a computer connected to an "Educational" Network.

May I draw your attention to ALL USERS OF THIS FORUM MUST READ THIS FIRST topic, which you should have read before posting for help.

The section HERE, explains why we do not offer help for such computers.
