AVG found trojan horse PAKES.LRN I think it was in an email attachment in my Windows mail. I clicked on the email but had not opened any attachments.

The file was in C:uSERS\Owner\AppData\Local\Microsoft Live Mail
Can you please check my system and let me know if you see anything 'funny'? thanks!
