Hello, I am very new to the forum and not tech savy at all. I gotten a virus/hi-jack and need help removing it. It has attached itself to my yahoo mail where I can not use it. Also, whenever I log onto the internet, there is a background audio I can not get rid of. I scanned with Norton several times but it has not helped. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
