!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Please HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Urgent, need help. Malware adware virus intrusion on my computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took a Hijack this log of on infected computer in regular windows. Tried destroying stuff but it does not go away.
Found a link to your email with the program. Can you help me? I tried Spybot and AVG. AVG says nothing is there, spybot detected a malware bug called Zango. Weather DPA? Zango it masks and camouflages my personal files all files on my desktop and secondary drive that is partitioned so I cannot click anything or open stuff - spybot said could not kill windows/wininit.ini. Spybot detected 51 files infected and killed total of 21 and it even ran right before windows boot up and still could not kill it. Mcafee doesn't even run, when I try to run it, it goes into blank black screen. AdAware and windows defender does not even start up when executable is hit. If I load stuff onto the drive, soon after it vanishes yet its directory still exists but I cannot access any file. Spybot tried to kill it and I ran it as administrator but it did not kill it all, I think it has made its malwareZango files disappear from detection because problem is still all there but spybot now detects nothing! I do not know for certain it is Zango, online descriptions do not match. This is a very pernicious nasty hard to get at bug!!!

This bug causes repeated windows to pop up saying there is an error. Another windo says "compile MOF Application has stopped working problem even name BEX.exe and proceeds to load a phony file recovery menu that claims to be windows origin. The menu scans for errors on the drive C main drive on my windows vista and then says repair critical errors. But it is only a trial version and to fully repair errors you must go online and buy the full program!!! Obviously not legit. File recovery menu options: advanced, main, check, repair, dangerous unknown and critical with colour code. It says hard drive health status, reliability of drive 21percent performance 33% and error resistance 17% It says bull crap like scan raw tables of system attributes in depth diagnostics, boot drive might have failed to initiate the boot device, hard drive boot sector reading error. Critical error! The whmole thing looks like a phony windows yet my drives say that I have same amount of data stored on them. I have had no harddrive error messages with this computer. Executables still are accessable in start menu but mostly everything fails to run because it is blocked! I think I got it online, I was just online and it cut right through firewall. I think I was on a music lyrics page and youtube, which I go on all the time and that is it.
My first restart I went into safemode which I still can enter and Before windows started it said that there was a critical error on my drive, load windows file recovery, you have a backup do you choose to restore backup. My backup is from 2008! I do not want to lose my files.

PLEASE can you help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Below is the Hijack this log

Thanks,
David

Re: Zango Malware - All my files are GONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Unread postby mercyplease21 » September 16th, 2012, 2:24 pm

HELP HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I did malwarebytes and it found hotbar and adware bugs and hijack elements. Anyone curious to see the log? So I clicked remove but elements of the malware still remain, example on windows load the background camuflages the whole page and I cannot see my files or any icons. I can task bark delete a couple of suspicious process I am fairly certain is still running, and the fake background vanishes. Is it possible someone could have stolen personal information through this malware? I did not enter any personal information online durring the infection or purchase their offer for a fix. Why do so many malware programs suck at properly purging it??? Should I manually do stuff? I figured out why I could not access my files, the malware made all files hidden!!!! I had to manually change it back, yes I selected many at once. I think I have crippled it but it is still there.

How can I remove it for good and be sure?

I have multiple antimalware programs running, I should only use one at a time?

Windows defender did nothing to protect me and my windows firewall was useless. How can I best protect my computer. What is the best recommended product to totally guard against unwanted stuff installing itself on my computer? I want to be invisible when I am online and have no hackers able to manipulate stuff and access things? What is the best money can buy and what is the cheapest product that does a decent job? Please can someone help me and guide me??????
