So my OS is Win 7 64 bit, coming off of a fresh format install. AVG 2012 and Malwarebytes uptodate and running.

I have this LG vortex cell phone I use for fun, music pics and stuff (naughty stuff here.) lol it's not even activated.
After auto-play recognized it my next action; view files and folders, I did nothing after that. Ah this is where the fun starts.

A voice said to me lets scan this bad boy. AVG gave me this:
";"D:\RECYCLER\S-5-3-42-2819952290-8240758988-879315005-3665\jwgkvsq.vmx";"Virus identified Worm/Downadup";"Moved to Virus Vault"

I unplugged this phone and I'm now wondering what harm might of came just from connecting it to my computer. : P

By posting just a description of your problems it is likely that your topic will be passed by and you will not receive the help you're looking for.

We need to know what's running on your computer so that we can give you appropriate instructions.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read, and which tells you what we need you to post so that we can help you.

This thread will now be closed.

If you still need help, please start a new thread with:-
  • DDS logs (DDS.txt & Attach.txt)
  • Details of the problems you're experiencing.

If for any reason you can't run DDS, please let us know in your post.
