Yes, be sure to update to that Service pack right away and also do that add-on for Office.
(Windows Updates is available in your Control panel. Always install "important updates". They come out every month).
If you have any trouble with the MS Office setup, you may want to consider installing Libre Office, which is a free suite that will read, write and edit any MS Office file, and is very similar in capability.
If you start OTL again, and click on the CleanUp button, it will remove the tools we used.

And I don't think I need to remind you to avoid the iLivid toolbar.
Almost all toolbars are for the benefit of the purveyor, not you. Some are just more insidious than others.
