I did not know Service Pack 1 of Windows Vista no longer had support. This is probably why I am having my second trojan, The first one I was able to get rid of on my own. But this one I can't. I have Zonealarm Extreme Security. It detects the trojan, but that's all. I have downloaded Malwarebytes, Super Anti Spyware, Spybot Search and Destroy and none of these detects anything. But Zonealarm keeps detecting it when running a deep scan and something is wrong. Download speed has slowed down and now I can't even download Service Pack 2. So I do need help. My computer is a Vaio laptop. Can you help? Thank you.
Worst, for the first time, gmail alerted me I was victim of "spoofing" (somebody using my e-mail to send e-mails to other people, I do not know if it has something to do with this trojan).
Thanks again.
I will wait for your answer.

By posting just a description of your problems it is likely that your topic will be passed by and you will not receive the help you're looking for.

We need to know what's running on your computer so we can give you appropriate instructions.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read, and which tells you what we need you to post so that we can help you.
