Malware Not Sure.

Hello,
I'm not sure if the issue I'm having is Malware.
Every night at 2:30 AM there is a 1.4GB data transfer from my Windows 2008 R2 Server.
I have setup a Network Traffic Analyser to see where all of the IP traffic is going, I discovered several strange Destnation IP address and block that traffic, but it is still getting out.
I ran HiJackThis and attached is the logfile.
I don't understand all of whats in the log but any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.
