Hi jsthomas928,

I get a select drive box that comes up and only drives that it shows is (C), (D), and (Q). It doesn't come up with a More Options box after selecting (C), it just starts to compress files?

After the files are compressed a window will open with the option of selecting Recycle Bin, Temporary Files and Temporary Internet Files ect, On this window click on the more options tab and click on clean up, Then on the bottom of the window click ok and it will start. I hope this answers your question :)
