Persistent Malware/trojan horse using ping.exe process

I've had issues with Malware on my computer since about Oct. 4th. It started with my Free AVG 2012 picking up the trojan horse Agent3.AOWL. I've also noticed extra tabs popping up in my browser and searches being diverted. I've since installed Malwarebytes and it has been blocking frequent outgoing attempts by ping.exe to IPs like 195.3.145.254, 206.161.121.126, 38.99.183.32 and 94.63.149.13

Even though I've disabled System Restore and have run scans in Safe Mode, the Malware keeps coming back. Any help sorting this out would be appreciated! The hijackthis log is below. Thanks again. :)
