Malware on HtAccess File on my Wordpress Website

Can someone give me advice on how to take out the Malware permanently. I have Malware on the HtAccess File, and it is causing people when they click on my metadescriptions on google it redirects them to another site. I have tried deleting the malware on the HtAccess File, but it comes back a few hours later. I have changed all my passwords from the FTP, wordpress Admin, ezt. Also I have it on a shared Host account in Go Daddy.

If its hard to determine how to permanently delete the Malware, My next question is how can I be sure that the Malware is completely off when I transfer the Database and Files to another Hosting account like Hosting account like Host gator?
