Suspected Malware infection

Unread postby vinithevino » September 24th, 2011, 5:17 pm

Hi
I think my laptop may have malware. Frequently, when I access my email (hotmail) my laptop just hangs and doesn't do anything and crashes. Generally when accessing any software it takes forever to open up or just doesn't open at all. More recently, my dvd drive has stopped working and today it didn't pick up the insertion of my usb stick. It seems to be taking an unusually lengthy amount of time to shut down too. Not sure what to do now, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
FYI I checked the event viewer and found this error message at the time it crashed 'Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from the SENS service.'
Anyway, here are the DDS and ATTACH logs as per instructions

Thanks

Vini
