Ok firstly thank you for just reading this its appreciated...

running: Windows 7 Home Premium
4 Gb ram, i7 processor ect.

When i try to open Windows Defender an XP version opens obviously malware...



i need help to remove it please

don't know how long i have had this on my computer, cause it doesn't affect general operations only know
its there cause i opened windows defeneder

if you need more info please ask...
