Buzqo infestation

Unread postby klw1407 » August 21st, 2011, 1:12 pm

I've seen a lot of posts on here about the dreaded buzqo infection. I have Avast antivirus and Advanced systemcare 4 but neither of the scans (in-depth and 'quick') within these seem to have deteced it or wiped it from the laptop. I also uninstalled youtube downloader and it's components. All of the posts on here seem to be very individual (e.g. with reports from the laptop etc) so I decided to start my own topic and hopefully get some help asap. Such a nightmare as this is a brand new laptop as well.

Please help meeeeeee :)

By posting just a description of your problems it is likely that your topic will be passed by and you will not receive the help you're looking for.

We need to know what's running on your computer so that we can give you appropriate instructions.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read, and which tells you what we need you to post so that we can help you.

This thread will now be closed.

If you still need help, please start a new thread with:-
  • DDS.txt
  • Attach.txt
  • Details of your problems.

If for any reason you can't run DDS, please let us know in your post.
