hi everyone,

I have this problem of IE cannot display this page for almost a week.
I cannot open Kaspersky to scan for what is there nor will it let me close my e-mail. This happens on almost every webpage I try to access
when trying to download anytype malware or removal tool it wont let it down load by saying it cannot download file it has timed out.
I am running IE8....Wxp(home).. computer is used strictly for general home use. Any help will be appreciated.
